well the above description just described my morning. yes, go ahead. laugh. and its all thanks to fifi.
it all started last night at 6 p.m. when i got home from working six hours at the alumni magazine for the university of alabama, and what made it worse is that is was raining. really who wants to do something other than sleep when it is raining outside. you know what? i think the universal definition of rain should be sleep or there needs to be a law or cancelling of school when it rains. anyways...being a college student and being typical molly, of course i waited until the last second to begin writing and illustrating my childrens book for my human development class along with the test that i also had to begin studying for....
so i began to create my childrens book called "fifi's big day in the city"- the story of a poodle who wins a trip to the big city and tells of her adventures, including shopping on fifth avenue, going to the zoo, seeing a broadway show, riding a taxi and much more exciting things. i went to hobby lobby and bought all kinds of craft stuff including glitter glue, feathers, fur, and plenty more useless things to make the book "interactive." i am thinking this is a simple project. two hours tops. wrong more like an american idol, 90210, 2 hannah montanas, a wizards of waverly place, highschool musical 3, rory & michelle's highschool reunion and camp rock later i finally finish the dang book. and it looked dang good too :) so by the time i finished studying for my test and 5 a.m. rolls around as my head hits the pillow.
so then my morning began...7 unheard alarms, waking up in a panic, no mascara, stuck behind the longest train known to man and having only ten minutes to take my test. so i would like to thank you fifi and my procrastination for an interesting and eventful morning :)
